Come and say hello on the Crafty Goat Club stand  ,  I'm taking Aneira and her twins, one has a top-up bottle so is probably going to be a real noisy pest all day.

We've just been told we have to move to stand R10 because Cinderhill have had to cancel.  Just opposite where we were before.

Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

Debbie, you were already on my list.  :D :D

Linda, that's a shame. It would have been good to catch up. I was going on the Saturday but realised that the doctor's appointment have had to wait five weeks for was on that day.

I am not going this year so shall miss meeting up. I may try next year, as a little treat after my oldest daughters wedding. We are meeting up this weekend to discuss wedding things - she has asked me to knit her a veil!

Llanwenog might be a bit thick for a veil

I have already said I won't be spinning the yarn! Knitting with cobweb yarn is going to take me long enough - the wedding is just under a year away!

Thank you, I have some on order to practice with, so good to know it is a nice yarn to work with. I shall let you all know how things are going! I hope everyone who goes to Wonderwool this weekend has a wonderful time!

Shame you can't make it but you have a mammoth task on there. How long a veil does she want?

Luckily not very long! I'm not sure she wants it over her face, as it isn't a church wedding, so we are thinking pi construction, relatively short but with the facility to add further rounds to make it bigger as a shawl for any future off spring to wear at their naming ceremony. A serious labour of love, but she is worth it!

Had a wonderful day and managed to come home without a single fleece or even part of one. I'm very impressed with myself. I did buy a circular loom for making cushions and a butterfly loom for squares. Oh and lip balm make from the lanolin from Romney sheep. And a yummy gluten free scotch egg and an even yummier GF chocolate brownie.

Wish I had made a note of the name of Debbie's stall and where it was but I did manage to have a look at loads while trying to find it. Hope you got everything home ok, Debbie and are not too tired.

Roll on next year's Wonderwool.

I should have taken a photo of you and your slipped 'halo' :roflanim:

Had a really good weekend, only brought home 1kg bag of raw fleece.  Still to do the stock take of plant dyed and washed mohair.  A good total takings.

Trying to wake up enough to go and milk the goats and do the basics then it's a day off weaving before I start sorting the show fleeces and tidying up the goats for the smallholder's show in three weeks.
