Free Beginner's poultry talk online tomorrow!
« on: March 27, 2018, 09:04:42 am »
Hi everyone,
We are doing a free online talk for beginners or recent poultry keepers (all are welcome - it's just it will be pitched slightly more at the newer end rather than the very experienced end) for a smallholder's association.
There are still places left so these are now open to all! Registration asap is essential, as the forum works on a first-come first-served basis.
The application is quite easy to run (we've done quite a few now) and can come in app form for phones and tablets, online form for computers and macs, or online-plus-phone form for very poor rural internet. There is no subscription for future events involved - this is just a genuinely free educational event.

If you would like to be emailed directly about similar events in the future for all species, please feel free to DM me with your email and you will receive an invite whenever there is a course running. They are generally all free, and are run by Scotland's Rural College/SAC Consulting.

Please see details below:

If you are interested, please register for Beginner's poultry keeping on Mar 28, 2018 7:30 PM BST at:

https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5685300138881325314

This free online talk will be aimed primarily at fairly new keepers of backyard or smallholding poultry, to provide information on keeping your birds happy and healthy, when to call the vet and how to avoid problems. Some additional information about bird flu for all will also be provided.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

Is there any chance of it being put out as a podcast after the event?
