Happy 2018 !

I have a very old Solo bar mower, recently refurbed and working brilliantly. I noted the front nose can be detached. Does this mean there are attachments other than the bar ?

I dont think so (the detachment is likely for access?) but if there are it would be good to know so any help appreciated.
