First time holding a craft stall, what have I forgotten?!
« on: August 04, 2010, 04:51:10 pm »
Eek!! this weekend I am running a stall to sell my own handmade soaps.
I have:loads of soap (always a good start!!), a large table, paper bags to put sold soaps into, cash box, a cash float, cool boxes to store extra soaps, plastic sheeting incase of huge torrential rain fall, some pics of my goats, pics of kids milking goat, a few gift baskets made up, willing helper in the form of 8 year old who's maths is better than mine (blush!!) and leaflets about goats milk soap.

what did I forget? any tips gratefully accepted!!

sorry this is a little late and I hope you do well at the fayre ... from when I used to run a stall at shows I always found it a good idea to set up the stall the week before .. have the kids play shop with you :) but its always a good idea to have a test run that way you can see if you are running out of anything
