We have three goats due into the abattoir just shortly and are putting out feelers to see if anyone wanted to purchase meat from them.
They are Boer cross so bred to produce the best quality meat.
Two (kid goat, the equivalent of lamb) should produce 15-25kg of meat each, and the third (goat equivalent of hogget) should produce 20-30kg.
Can sell by the whole or half carcase, would prefer not to split further than that as it makes the butchery easier.
