Anyone selling Aberdeenshire?
« on: December 18, 2016, 10:36:49 pm »
Ideally looking to Purchase first home, 2-3 bed, with a few acres grazing land for horses, round about £150,000 or below. Don't mind a property that needs a little work :)

If you have anything suitable please get in touch with details :)

P.S know i'm probably looking for the impossible ;)

Have you tried uklaf.co.uk (UK Land & Farms)?

You may be lucky, with the oil downturn there does seem to be a glut of properties coming on the market.  Assume you know that the main places to look are:

www.aspc.co.uk
Aberdeen & Northern Marts
Stewart & Watson
Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace
Fraser & Mulligan
Ledingham Chalmers

It may also be worth asking around at the feed merchants in the area as they sometimes hear of properties that are coming up for sale.

Good luck with it.  I've been in your shoes so know exactly how it feels!
