Spent today and yesterday mostly shovelling soil and compost from one bed to another - the hotbox is becoming a cold frame (in the end i took it to bits and moved it) and i'm going over to square metre gardening technique rather than big rows.

The big veg bed is becoming a fruit cage , and two old water tanks have become bean and pea beds - I shall try to post some before and after pics in due course.
