Smallholder insurance

Hi can anyone recommend a good insurance

I use Fidelius.  They seem to be ok, but then I haven't had to claim yet :innocent:

We use NFU Mutual - expensive but have a good reputation on claim handling, but I have no experience of that, thankfully. They are supposed to be developing a smallholder policy but I don't know if it's ready yet.

NFU - and yes they are brilliant and quick to pay out insurance claims (for car in our case).

I'm with Farmers and Mercantile, who have been exceptionally helpful so far and were very reasonably priced (no claim needed yet though).

NFU for us too. They were fantastic when our barn was brought down with snow. We use 2 branches - one near York and the one at Thainstone.  You can speak face to face with same people - not just some call handler working from a script.

NFU here too. Thankfully we haven't had to claim from them yet but we have their new smallholding policy and although it's more expensive than the other quotes we got, it's not that much more.
