Lamb noise on breathing

May I ask? 24hr lamb a little less active, a little less suckling slight noise on breathing. What would the best action to take? Many thanks.

I suggest consulting your vet.  Could be pneumonia in which case it'll need antibiotics asap.  Was the ewe given a booster vaccination 4-6 weeks before lambing?

Thanks Marches, lamb now playing with twin so will monitor. Yes Hep p given 5 wks ago. It seems to be after feeding a fairly big feed that she wheezes. Palate is ok. Also may I ask her twin has permanent dirty bum, Her mum not interested in cleaning, i do. Her sister is clean. Should I worry?

NO this normal , getting plenty of milk  and maybe the sister is clean because she's not taking as much
