so is it roughly 3 parts fruit and 2 parts sugar or does it depend on the type of fruit used? ive read to shake every day until all the sugar has dissolved and then leave for 3 months, and shake every day for 3 weeks and then its ready! is it just personal preference?

lol rosemary i wasnt going to try them all at once!!
