Has anyone successfully made this?  I followed the recipe but have still ended up with a jelly :rant:

It's a drink made from redcurrant juice and brandy ph. I wish I hadn't heard of it either!
Dv you could be right. How do I get it back to liquid or are we looking at lollies :innocent:

Now I have looked it up, I am definitely going to have a go!  My guess is that you let it boil on the second cooking, which destroys the alcohol and makes it set.
