I have three fully butchered half pigs for sale.
Lovely flavored pork but with only 14mm back fat. So it's the perfect compromise between the taste of the rare breed but without excessive fat.
The pork is available either as half/quarter pigs. Or as a selection pack including a variety of cuts.
All pork is professionally butchered and frozen for convenience.

Looks very professionally done.
You can print off the meat certificate for your pork from the BPA which is a good selling tool.

Thankyou for the comment. Yes sometime I give a certificate with the meat as it's sold. Perhaps I should advertise with it as well.
