what a dasher!!
« on: February 17, 2010, 08:47:55 pm »
tonight when putting the girls away molly got out on lane and made a dash for it!!
after a hard day slog shoveling 20 tone gravel into path foundation i could just about find the energy
to run after her and catch her.
with wellies covered in thick clay you can imagine lifting those wellies was harder than normal!!
finally caught up with her put her lead on and thank goodness she was willing.
im just glad no one seen me! ;) :goat:

Good job you got her back safely!
Do you leave them collars on?

Our Margo got out through her gate yesterday, usually she walks round the garden having a nibble at this and that, but yesterday... Ive never seen her run so fast!!  And our front gates were open , onto the road.  Luckily, she went to visit the pigs, I whipped off my jumper & made a 'lead' out of it and got her back.  Think she likes the excitement...
