i took us about 1/2 hour to pluck our first chicken so this looks like a good idea to me

I bought a handheld chicken plucker off ebay. Had 6 of those rubber fingers on it, you put it in the drill and rub it over the bird.  With a good scald, I managed to pluck a bird in a few minutes.
Chicken nutter extraordinaire.
