Can anyone help, we have had a very poor hatching of goslings this year, we have done the same as last year, but after closer inspection the goslings appear to have died in the shell  can anyone tell me were we are going wrong

It could be that there is not enough humidity. If there is not enough it's like being sufficated in cling film. I have not hatched geese but with hens I put a small pot of water in the incubator for the last 3 days and keep topping it up. I alway feel sad if something fails at the end. All that growing and no result.  Better luck next time.

Did you have a look at the dead goslings ?. Too much humidity during incubation can cause the chicks to drown at the later stages.  This would be indicated by a fully formed chick but surrounded in fluid.
