Goslings stuck in eggs

Can anyone help, we have had a very poor hatching of goslings this year, we have done the same as last year, but after closer inspection the goslings appear to have died in the shell  :'( can anyone tell me were we are going wrong

It could be that there is not enough humidity. If there is not enough it's like being sufficated in cling film. I have not hatched geese but with hens I put a small pot of water in the incubator for the last 3 days and keep topping it up. I alway feel sad if something fails at the end. All that growing and no result.  :'( Better luck next time. :(

Did you have a look at the dead goslings ?. Too much humidity during incubation can cause the chicks to drown at the later stages.  This would be indicated by a fully formed chick but surrounded in fluid.
