I've never eaten it, but know a few people who have and they love it!  Very trendy in some restuarants in London I hear.  You can pretty much treat it as rabbit, and stew with game too.  Enjoy!

We (dad and I) were lamping the othernight, (for rabbits) but bagged 60 odd greys  ;D
