Hello from Cornwall
« on: April 28, 2014, 10:30:02 pm »
Hi all, a friend recommended this site when he was helping me out lambing while hubby was away (conveniently), and we had a few mystery illnesses, it helped so I thought I'd join.

We have pedigree Oxford Downs, plus a flock of commercial sheep; my beloved New Forest pony and his Dartmoor chum, the most recent addition (about 18months ago) are the chickens (17 at present) which are fast becoming my obsession, and two little boys (ages 2 and 4) who try to help with all the animals.

Chickens especially I am always thinking of things I'd like to know more about so hopefully you friendly lot will be able to help, and I hope I can offer some pearls of wisdom in other areas.
