Out in the field
« on: October 18, 2009, 06:58:26 pm »
Took some pictures of the goats out in the field yesterday thought you might like to see.

A whole bunch of them coming up to see what I'm there for!

Kream- this is my baby, and I am selling her soon  :(

And Surf.

A bit of argy bargy!

My neice's goat Comet- looking very well. She was very unwell at the beginning of this year, so fingers crossed she kids ok.

What beautiful photos.  Are the floppy eared ones Anglo-Nubians?  They are particularly gorgeous.

What a gorgeous herd you have!!  I never see my goats altogether, as they are in three groups.  Most I ever had together was eightt!

Thank you- we have 16 altogether just now, but with Kream going away that will take us down to 15.

James- yes, in the first picture of them posted where they are walking towards the camera, the toggenburg in the lead is Lantana who is Gizmo's half sister (she's the one who was virtually born dead) but directly behind her is Rohana who is Gizmo's twin sister.

The floppy eared ones are Anglo-Nubians, and they are the best ones!  ;)

100 lines more for you, Madam! ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D  I REALLY can't possibly, not in a million years, ever, ever, ever have a goat!
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age
