Can anyone suggest a free or very cheap web page and email host/provider. Thank you.

I've used Weebly and I'mreally happy with it- it's free and very easy to use. The only draw back I found was that you have to use one of their preset colours- but there's quite a range to choose from. I found Weebly through a website called www.sitebuilderreport.com- really helpful to compare different features. Good luck.

I think I might have just shown my lack of computer knowledge- i'm not sure the difference between host/provider/templates so the info I gave might be not what you're looking for- sorry.

If its the free package you are looking for, we use webs.com  and I bought my domain from 123 registration and transferred it on.
Not sure who my husbands site is with but he built his 'properly' *unlike myself who used webs with their idiot proof options!

I too am very happy with Weebly. There is a free and a pay( reasonable) option. One has to pay for the domain name but that is always the case. I am a complete twit with the computer  :dunce: but even I can work it out complete.
I am not good at updating though.

I used one.com, but you do seem fairly limited as to what you can do.

Another vote for Weebly.
