Changing the title of a post

Hi, can anyone advise me how to edit a title? I have a thread on our chicks (hatching eggs) and we could now do with some advice on one of the chicks. I would like to edit the title to say advice needed.

I can't test this without editing one of my own posts - but I think that if you go to the opening post and select 'modify', you will be able to edit the title as well as the text of the post.
