Help for new entrants to food production in Scotland

Dear Nourish supporter

We've just had confirmation of funding towards the New Farmer Programme from the Enterprise Ready Fund.  This allows us to run our first ten month national training programme for people wanting to improve their skills in growing local food, or set up new food growing  enterprises, including social enterprises. The course covers proiduction, marketing and business skills and involves a season's work experience in your own enterprise or with a host enterprise.

Go to www.nourishscotland.org.uk for more details about the programme which starts in March, and please circulate to people who may be interested.
