African Ribs recipe wanted

Been to the Abattoir shop today and they had Beef ribs, They called them African Ribs, everyone was buying them as they where reduced from £6.99 a tray to 99p a tray.
We have had Caribbean Beef ribs tonight it was a sort of spicy stew  and it was lovely , we are now looking for an African recipe for them, we like spicy food so can anyone help ?
