Dexter Beef for sale

We have just sent two Dexters to the abattoir, where they are currently hanging (for approx 21 days) prior to butchery.

They should be ready in approximately 3 weeks, at which point we will have some 10kg mixed boxes available containing an assortment of steaks, mince, chunks, joint(s), and sausages.  £10 per kilo.  The exact contents will obviously depend on the cutting, but we always try to ensure a fair mix.

If you are interested in a Dexter box, please pm me.

We are located in North East Scotland (Fraserburgh area). Please be aware that these boxes are for collection only.

I have sent you PM and also forwarded to a friend who may also like a box.

The beasts are now with the butcher and we are hoping to collect on Saturday.

We are expecting the following:

Joints
Steaks
Mince
Chunks
Sausages
Burgers
Lorne sausage

10kg boxes will be made up of a mixture of the above, depending on what we actually get.  Priced at £10 per kilo.

Both these cows were born and raised on our croft and from past experience, Dexter beef is the best I've ever tasted, but I may be biased ;D .

If all goes to plan, boxes can be collected from us on Sunday.

If anyone is interested (we are near Fraserburgh) please pm me.

We ate like royalty last night on sirloin steaks with vintage home made grape wine. The steaks were amazing. Thanks!!

So glad you enjoyed them.  We are having beef stew and dumplings for dinner today.  No vintage wine though :( !
