I feel your pain and frustration. It's bloody annoying knowing there's bugger all you can do about people pulling out of buying.

So long as you're not out of pocket that's fine. Relax and enjoy your home while it's still yours.

The main issue with this place is its expensive to run, then people want to update the heating, electrics etc etc, in a small or normal size house its not too hard to save money for but this is expensive even to decorate, the rooms are big too. Me and my husband even talked of staying here if we came into money and just doing all the jobs as it is an ideal place.....Its back on the market so that long slog of keeping clean although that's good in some ways as you at least are kept on your toes....
