Can only post a Facebook page link for the councillor who has posted this. Just in case it is of interest to anyone.

Just off the A97 in the wee village of Logie Coldstone between Aboyne and Ballater. Theres decent parking too. Inside there's a large open plan space. For rent and I don't think it would be too expensive.

At least in the food trade, people always will want to eat or drink....good luck, we did give something like that a consideration, I used to have a catering business years ago but its not something for us now...shame could be a nice way to earn a few pennies!

Very much part of my home ground - remember this one well.  Could be a wee goldmine.
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age
