On another thread we were talking about making your own bread, and I  said I would post what was Fruit Brack and how to make it.

After hunting the house, cannot find my bread makers recipe book with all my notes written all over it changing recipes - so have to guess.

I have the machine with the raisin dispenser on top but don't use the dispenser.

Add ingredients to your machine as if making a Rapid White Loaf, medium size.
Add a cup full of raisings
      a cup full of sultanas
       a tablespoon of cinnamon

When it has baked leave it to go crusty.

This is lovely toasted with best butter on top for breakfast.  Or just eat it plain fresh from the breadmaker, whilst it is still warm.  I always have to make two - especially if the Father-in-law comes to visit :yum:

I also do a wholemeal version, and it is also nice with ginger instead of cinnamon - or be a devil and add both! :o

Julie :D

P.S.  Anyone else got any other breadmaker recipes to add here - or other ideas for making good bread.
