MMMmmmmmmmm!! i am back after a wee internet break.
just finished making my batches of Redcurrent Vodka and Blackcurrent Gin.....strained off the bits of fruit (last year used it for hot-sauce for ice cream) and made the fruit into gin/vodka current jam!! YUM YUM YUM! then in a blast of further inspiration used the finer jelly bag strainings to make current jelly.....further yums of delight...this will go well with the lamb in winter!!
