Its sooo frustrating

Its a lovely day here so just been blackberry picking. Why are the best fruits always just out of reach?  :(

I used a hook thingie to pull them towards me.  Have wondered about taking the loppers out too and cutting branches off. :innocent:

The trouble is, if it all goes pear-shaped then it's not the most comfortable landing and the berries you've picked disappear into the depths of the thicket, as do you..........I know  :o :blackberry: :blackberry: :blackberry: :blackberry: :blackberry:

and I'm not that agile these days so probably best staying with those I can reasonably reach
