Ingredients

Mushrooms
Onions
Garlic Cloves - crushed
Cheese
Cheese sauce mix
Pasta shapes - Penne or shells work well

Chop the onions, garlic and mushrooms and lightly fry until soft in olive or sunflower oil

Boil the Pasta until cooked.

Strain the pasta and mix into the pan the mushrooms and onions and garlic.

Add salt and freshly ground pepper, and italian seasoning or parsley if desired

Make the Cheese sauce mis with milk as advised on the packet.

Put the pasta mix into a large oven proof dish

Pour over the cheese sauce

Top with grated cheese, mature cheddar, parmesan or your favourite.

Cook in the oven for 20 minutes on fan oven 140 or until cheese bubbles on top

Serve hot with a salad and meat from the barbeque

You will get a lot of compliments and really enjoy this simple to make dish.

Given to me by a chef who worked in a five star Dublin hotel.

Get to bed, Julie, you won't be able to cope tomorrow morning! ;)  We're all in bed, tucked up cosy.  Night night xx

 :D :D :D lol

I know, but is it a fast dish to make -

you can make your own cheese sauce and pasta shells if you have the time - you could even make your own salt from the beach, and grow your own mushrooms and garlic - it will still taste wonderful  ;D

I have to cheat sometimes or we would starve ;D ;D ;D
