Yes the calf if pure. She went to Rudy a red bull hence the name Penny and not Ethel!

To answer Rosemary
Molly the Moilly is due tomorrow, she also is pure and went to an Irish bull so The Beltie is not pure, her sire was a Vaynol so I put her to an Aberdeen Angus bull and she didn't take, although there is a small chance that it was too early to tell when she was scanned. So just have to wait and see.
