Poultry Courses
« on: May 10, 2013, 08:18:49 am »
Does anyone know what recognised courses there are for poultry keepers (preferably home study, I don't really want to leave the birds on their own)?

It is not that I don't know what I am doing, I just want the certificate to prove that I know - although always learning. That is one thing with animals, with all the certificates in the world there is always more to learn.

I don't know but your local agricultural college would be a good place to start looking.

Thanks Hughesy. I will give them a call and see what they say.

Check out the NADIS site. It does some great on-line quizzes and you can even down load a certificate if you do well enough !  :)
