How do you cook your hock??
« on: April 02, 2013, 12:29:30 pm »
Hi, I would like some ideas for how to cook my hock please. I fancy a stew type thing but always seem to cook it the same way. How do you do yours? Doesn't have to be a stew!

Ohh, I've done some before. Reminds me, was great and time to do it again. So how about

And with the leftovers:
