Raspberries

OK - I am now picking about 4 lbs per day of them, which is great, but I am running out of ideas.  Done lots of icecream - anyone got a favourite raspberry recipe(s)?

Ho hum.  No recipes?  Anyway, I came across the idea of raspberry vodka in the brewing section, so I've done some of that!  Can't wait for it to be ready to drink!

Raspberry yoghurt
Raspberry pavlova
Raspberries on porage or muesli (or any breakfast cereal)
Raspberry cheesecake, or raspberries decorating any flavour of cheesecake
Raspberries in fruit salad, or on their own with yoghurt or cream
Raspberry muffins (haven't tried this but it sounds nice, don't you think?)
Raspberry vinaigrette (fabulous warm with hot chicken on a bed of salad)
Summer pudding
Summer berry crumble
Raspberries frozen for summer puds out of season

and you didn't mention raspberry jam?

I wish I had 4lb of raspberries, never mind 4lbs a day!  Just bought a small punnet reduced for 45p as I've just made a batch of yoghurt  :yum:
