The only lesson the bosses should learn is to stop being rule obsessed Pr***s!
I hate the "what if risk adverse" brigade they need to grow a pair
and would perhaps be better concentrating on their waiting lists than chastising well meaning staff
They should instead think of the joy and raising of spirits it will have done for all the Kids, Staff and Parents who face difficult times and value it for what it means.

on a wee kids face is probably the most cost effective medicine they could have!
