sorry another stupid question but if one of ours loses their tag that isnt the uk number one how do we go about replacing it..where do we get replacement tag and does it have to have original numbers on it..we kept all the numbers of the sheep recorded and are also on the movement paper work we filled in when we collected them.
also what happens if one loses the uk number tag...
just things i dont know but want to know incase it happens..i feel like such a learner with all these questions.

There are flow charts in the DEFRA guide that show you how to replace tags. It may help?

Section three is the one that deals with replacement tags. I bought my tags from Supplies for Smallholders. I got the applicator and tags for the Qwik Tag system and they seem fine so far!

Supplies for smallholders are on here too - you can PM Gareth for more help or give him a ring, incredibly friendly and helpful man. I use quik tag too, found it really good.
