Hi
I have just bought two Jacob Ewes and I am looking to borrow or hire a Jacob ram. I am based in north Somerset. :sheep:

You could ask Julian Newth of Manor Farm, Prestleigh. If you look up Prestcombe pigs on Google you should find his number. He is in Somerset and has Jacob rams!

Mike Bundy (Solsbury flock) from Bath hires them out. Go on the Jacob Sheep Society web site, click on breeders and scroll down to south west area. His website and details are on there. The picture of his winning ewe lamb was shown by my then 13 year daughter.
Not sure if Julian has many sheep now, pigs seem to have taken over.

Julian and his boy still run about 100 ewes...mostly Suffolks, with a small flock of Jacobs! I see them every day as his fields surround mine  ;D
From 3 to 30 and still flocking up!
