Has anyone got any tried an tested squash recipes? I have grown some this year, not sure of the make but there big and green! I've loads of them so any recipes appreciated. Else I'm gonna be making vats of soup!

Just cut one up to make soup and discovered......it's a bloomin marrow! Like I need more of them   :rant:
Obviously the squash didn't fruit, not sure why these are round  :-\ the other plants are all regular shape courgette type and I only planted one variety  :-\ . Only have one pumpkin aswell this year and it is gigantic! I'm never gonna be able to pick it up by Halloween  ;D

Squash is nice peeled cut into chunks/wedges and roasted with a drizzle of olive oil, for a bit of bite you can sprinkle choped chilli over the them or nice with herbs.
