goats eating asparagus

hello wondering if any one can help us my 9 month old billy is a right escape artist, today he has got out and got to our asparagus bed and has been eating the ferny growth, does any one know if this is poisonous or not? thanks

Don't know about the ferny bits but my goats love asparagus spears.

asparagus might make his pee smell funny, nothing harmful. :relief:

It's not poisonous but it makes your pee green and smell funny if you're human, so it probably will do with him too.

Life of Reilly your goats, being fed asparagus  ;)
