I have one quarter of a Traditional Hereford  X Heifer for sale
Dead weight 450lb, aprox a third of that will be lost to bone removal
you will get a quarter of the mince, stewing steak, joints and steaks etc
the aprox weight will be 75lb of meat, fully butchered and vac packed
£250 plus postage
the fores are being collected and butcherd at the end of this week and will be ready for posting early next week, the hinds will be hung for a further two weeks.
