Shropshire Smallholder Group
Thursday 10th May 7.30pm
at Leebotwood Village

Thurs May 10 George Pearce – The Life of Badgers and the issue of bovine TB.  George has studied badgers and their behavior for over 70 years and has worked closely with many animals on a daily basis. He is recognised as a badger and fox expert by Magistrates and Crown Courts and has appeared as an expert witness in numerous badger related court cases. Deadline for booking Sun 6 May.

At the meeting there will, also, be:
The Members’ Exchange time, which will include the opportunity for
any announcements about items for sale or wanted.
The raffle.
The Members’ Table, where you can sell any smallholder items.
As usual we will round off the evening with a two-course meal. There is a charge for the meal of £6.00 per person (£2.50 for child under 10 yrs of age) but, please note that booked meals have to be paid for even if you are unable to attend the meeting as an outside caterer provides the food. If you would like a vegetarian meal please request this when booking. All bookings are important (whether you are staying for a meal or not). Guests and visitors are welcome at the meetings and there is an entrance fee of £1 & £3 respectively. Meetings are free for members.
