Another 1st for the year

I heard my first cuckoo of the year today  :thumbsup:  :)

Yes, I heard one about 2/3 days ago in the village where I drop my kids off to school - it was sunny and was a lovely 'moment'.
We had a kingfisher frequent our pond last year, that was a 'moment' too. :D
registered soay, castlemilk moorit  and north ronaldsay sheep, pygmy goats, steinbacher geese, muscovy ducks, various hens, lots of visiting mallards, a naughty border collie, a puss and a couple of guinea pigs

I'm south of Bert and due west of GP but we don't get cuckoos here  :(    Too high?  Wrong terrain?
