We're on the lookout for a rotovator for our 12hp tractor.  Does anyone know where we could get one, most of them seem to be for much bigger tractors than our little one.

Can you get a self powered rotorvator instead Rosadollymixture?

Compressing the soil is an issue so a self powered unit minimises the problem. They are generally 6 HP. We have an Ariens 6HP we were given and repaired it very simply. Anything less than 6HP I wouldn't bother with. Cheapest and most manouvreable are front tynes fixed, not contra-rotating. Needs some effort to use mind but a new Ariens (now bought Countax out) is £600. New rear tyne contra-rotating Honda is £1500!
