All around my hat...
« on: May 10, 2012, 04:47:01 pm »
Just had to share, I'm sooooo proud of myself!

I spun it, plied it, knitted it - and now I wear it!

Now I'll be singing Steeleye Span in my head for days  ;D ;D

Hat's lovely Sally and I bet it's really toasty warm.  Something to be proud of  :trophy:

The hat is great Sally and to think that you spun, plied and knitted it yourself is even better.
Well done

Eeek, scary!  Thanks for the thought but I'm nowhere near good enough yet, maybe in a year or two's time.  (That pic's fuzzy for a reason!  ;))

Thank you ... curtsey...   Well I guess I could make woollie waistcoats to sell to upland farmers tupping with Blue-faced Leicester sheep... (there's a reason they're blue!  ;) Brrrr!  :D)
