Day three ,  they have settled in well and now they come running when you walk in with a bucket, and they come right up to you for treats, just what we wanted.  If you lie down on the grass they soon come over to investigate.

Oh that's lovely, tizaala, thanks for the update.  I love your new avatar - he's a very handsome boy!

I have drawn a complete blank finding castrated males within 2 hours travelling (that's up to 2 hours there and 2 hours back.)   :'(

My nearest breeder is having a think about what other options there might be.  Fingers crossed...

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
