Moroccan Market of Handicrafts
« on: September 10, 2011, 01:02:03 pm »
A friend has been helping the Moroccan team putting on the Moroccan Market of Handicrafts (coming to an English city near you Sept to Nov 2011, sorry not Wales or Scotland this year) and it occurred to me some of you folks might be interested in it.

My friend showed me the photos he took of the market in Morocco (some of which are on the website) and I could almost smell the atmosphere.

They've got a Facebook page too - there's a video of a woodturner using a chisel with his feet... I hope they've done their HSE assessments for the event...  ::)

That looks brilliant Sally.  I hope it comes further north another year.  I love the tooled leather, carved wood and felt slippers...and everything in fact  ;D
