im looking for... lots of recipes for goose eggs (even though ive only got 1 still laying)
recipes for roast goose (i know chinese are not the biggest carcass wise but thats not always a bad thing)
ideas for what to do with goose feathers? how do i clean/sterilise them so i can use them for cushions etc
