Lamb with a limp - stiff joints?
« on: April 08, 2011, 10:30:25 am »
Woke this morning to a limping lamb - a week old bottle fed orphan.  I have read that stiff joints is common for young lambs and should be treated with anitibiotics.

Could this be the case - if so, would a dose of Metacam help?

Any help greatly appreciatted.

Thanks shep53

Had a vet visit - he thought it was just a sprain.  She is walking fine now so I can stop worrying!
