Yippee - milk ewe has had twins !
« on: March 27, 2011, 05:52:27 pm »
Anyone else here keep milk sheep ?  Our older milk sheep has warts on her teats so we won't be able to milk her this year - or probably ever again - AND she had boy twins  :(

Now the ewe that was yeld last year has just had twins, not sure of their sex yet, but looking very hopeful for taking some milk from her later.

I'd love to discuss with other sheep's milk drinkers  ;D

Good for you - something different. I'd try it but I don't like goats milk, so don't know if I'd like it.

It's absolutely nothing like goat's milk at all; I HATE goat's milk !  You can buy some online to try first - which is what we did, and loved its creamy taste.
