14-Acre Croft Isle of Lewis Update August 2021
« on: January 11, 2021, 05:16:38 pm »
Hi All,
Just a wee update, the house has sold but they did not buy the croft, so if you are intersted, it is going onto the market in it's own right. 14-acres, a couple of locations for potential house sites (one right next to the road, primary school and doctor's surgery) 20K for the assignation

PM if you want any more info

Thanks for looking

[member=209651]Chipmonk[/member] that looks fantastic - only £130K  That is very cheap.  You'd pay three times that in Central Scotland

Good luck selling - put on a link to the selling agent if you have one
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

And at least 7 times as much in the Midlands!
Growing loads of fruits and vegetables! Raising dairy goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits on 1/2 acre in the middle of the city of Leicester, using permaculture methods.
