Smallholding for sale Aberdeenshire

Saw this advertised so figured I'd share.  It's nothing to do with me but I know the location/neighbours.  It's probably not worth the money they're asking, as the access track is pretty bad and the field hasn't been used for a few years/isn't stock-proof.  Anyway, it may be of use to someone so here's the link.  It's been on the market for quite a while and the price has already been reduced.

Looks fantastic - I think the price is about right.  I sold my house near Old Rayne - not far from Oldmeldrum, for £310K about 12 years ago, it was 4 bed, large lounge etc etc with large garden and 10 acres, so in comparison this is beautiful
